unlock gold trading problem

Hi, I have been away from the game for awhile ( about one year ), and I was having to problem remember my password for my account in the gold trading section.

I sent a ticket to see if the GMs would be able to help me reset a new one, but I didn't get any reply yet. Does it some days before they answer.. or I should just forget about recoverying.

    please check back during the regular business hours?
    also don't submit another ticket or else that bumps it to teh bottom.
