Faithfulness Quest help needed

Repeatable Quests:

1) Reinforce Frostcovered City

Get at the Entrance of the Instance

Goal: Kill the Frost Jail Boss Cyclotra Styren

Reward: Item Faithfulness x1

I did already like 5, or 6 FC runs and never ever got any Faithfulness, only Sincerity. Any idea about that? Maybe i miss something?

    after you kill the boss talk to the npc again.
