Factions

hey my friend and I started a faction the other day and was wondering if anyone could tell us anything about how factions work (like lvling factions and such) also like the different kinds of factions and what ppl like to do with them. that would be great of anyone could answer any or all of these questions for us thanks :D

    thanks for that but i would also like to know what ppl think about factions and stuff, whats good about factions whats bad too :D thanks again.

    What I have gotten out of factions is you have people to help you with your quest. People to help answer any questions you may have, and people to just chat with. I havent took part in any TW so idk about that but it seems thats the main purpose of a faction, although it can be much more. If your on a PvP server its good to have a faction because people are less likely to random kill you, plus you have them to call for backup. For me my faction gives me motivation to level up because I like my actually level to be higher then my title. I have heard rumors about factions that help gear your character that would be nice but all I expect from a faction is help with quest/questions.

    factions are very unique lots of the time.
    Some are made mainly for talking, some are made for TW, some are pk factions(mainly on pvp servers), and many many more types of factions.
    you have to be able to answer the questions your members ask you, so my suggestion to you would be not to start a fac yet(unless your friend is like lvl 65+, or this is just a forum char and your main is higher lvl)
    join a fac for now, get to a higher lvl, learn more about the game, such as tt and oracles, and get more game experience

    most factions started by lvl 20-30 people die pretty quickly, and end up being a waste of coins, time, and effort

    just join a pre-existing fac for now, then wait till later on when your more experienced
    if you've already made the fac, it might be a good learning experience(since you cant get the coins back) to just stick with it for now, though be warned that it might not turn out very good
