Pay by phone from the Netherlands

So I made a purchase using my phone, and hours later only less than an Euro has been taken from my credit ( probably the text reply to the service ) But during the process I received 4 of the same text messages saying purchase in progress bla bla and this message costs 1,50 Euro. It might be lag or a bug, but it's not really comforting. If it's neither of those I'm not very pleased..

Anyone else encounter this issue ?

edit : it seems the multiple text messages I received were due to lag or a bug. I payed the correct fee after all.
