Question about arcane build

Hi. Im a new cleric and I am going full arcane or 9 MAGC 1str. I am focusing entirely on PvE, although I already had a few kills. (Dumb lvl 45 archer messing with my mobs during a wraith invasion. I attacked him while popping a chaos powder. Dead. One of the main reasons I chose a PvP server was bc I could kill someone who's bothering me LOL).

Either way, I have a 76 barb and 69 archer and Im currently focusing on my cleric every once in a while.

am I ok going arcane for mainly PvE purposes? somehow Ive been reading confusing stuff about Light Armor vs Arcane and stuff. Id like come enlightment please. b:thanks

EDIT: YES, I MEANT 9 MAG lol

    There are pros and cons in any build, and like Rose said read the active topics and if case the "hot" topics dont have what ya need --->search
