Low Damage?!

AzulaHime - Sanctuary

Recently when I hit mobs where I normally do about 4-5k DMG I just hit with 1-2K...without debuffs or anything else.
Appeared in swamp as well as forest of haze...don't know if other areas are affected as well.
Anyone knows what's going on or has the same problem?

I know it sounds silly, but check to see if your weapon is equipped or 'shattered'. If it's equipped and and good shape then not sure.

The problem is that you are standing on the "swamp water".
This acts like "water". If you attack a monster that is able to walk on land from "water", your damage reduces. Even if the monster is standing on the "swamp water" with you, this also occurs.

The only way to solve this is to attack from land.
I had to deal with this too.

Yup, just happened to me right before the maintenance. I was in FB89 (Brimstone) fighting a Demonic Acephalid with my veno. Regular mob, no special resists or anything. Pet damage was normal, but it was taking a really long time to kill. So I took a closer look and my spells were only hitting for about 1.5-2.5k.

Immediately after killing it, I attacked another Demonic Acephalid to try to recreate the problem. My spells hit for the normal 7k-9k. AFAIK, there is no water in FB89.

Weird thing is just it happens as well when i'm standing on land..
