Perfect world in Japan?

I was wondering if there was any way to play perfect world in Japan as I might be moving there in the next year. I noticed it says something about it blocking Japanese IP's. I know that if you can't it probably can't be changed as it will be contractual but I'll really miss my character and I'm scared that when I come back my account will be deleted (I may be gone for 3 years :-S)...

So if I can't use perfect world while I'm away can I stop it from being deleted due to not being used. You know your hooked when you consider not moving for a game :-S
