Offers

Is anyone else having issues with the offers not paying out? I did 4 separate offers last week that were supposed to pay out in 45 minutes and still NO pay-out. I have also discovered that contacting Gambit Support is worthless as they do absolutely nothing about it. I sent in all the proof that they asked for and all Gambit did was closed the support ticket and gave some lame excuse that their client said I never completed the offers fully.

I find that hard to believe since I sent in 4 separate email confirmations pertaining to the offers and still no pay-out. So I tried one that required a credit card and of course that one paid out immediately. Yet with the other 4 that required no CC I get nothing but my inbox being spammed by these companies I did offers for.

Give me a freaking break. If I didn't complete the lousy offer fully than why the heck are these companies spamming my inbox with all their ****. I don't know if sending in a support ticket to PWI will do any good or not.b:angry

I'm moving this to the cash shop huddle, you may want to submit a ticket to the billing department under "ZEN Related" on our ticketing page on the website. We can direct you to the right placeb:victory

This thread has nothing to do with Cat Shops. Please move it back to General Discussion or comment as to why it was moved to a completely different category than where I put it.

Thank you Eat. I will do that and see if it does any good. I will also send in a screenshot of the offers and what they are supposed to pay out as well as the offer that they closed without even dealing with it.

It was most likely moved so that the Billing rep's can easily view it since it deals with Zen/Gold.

Any information you have in regards to un-finished offers, you should send to our department and we can look into this for you.

Thank you. I just issued a Zen related ticket with screen shots of the offers still waiting to be paid including the one that was completed in September that I am still getting emails from the company on. I will patiently await an answer on this problem.

Any news yet on whether these unpaid offers will pay out? With the current sale going on, now would be a good time for me to use the Zen that I should have received from doing all 4 of the offers.

Looks like I am just going to have to spend REAL money to buy Zen. Considering the offers are worthless and don't pay-out. Sent in a ticket to Billing and yet no reply as to whether or not I will ever get the Zen for the surveys.

Granted I said I will patiently wait for an answer, but it seems to me that the Billing Department isn't to concerned with fixing this problem. I will not do anymore offers since the only ones that ever pay out are the ones that require a credit card to purchase stuff.

Just like I figured. The sale is over and still no Zen. PW Billing asked for me to send in a ticket, so I did, then they email me back and say they need to know how much Zen I should have received. Duh. If they had looked at the 2 attachments sent, they wouldn't be wasting time asking me how much Zen.

Here it is December 2nd and still NO ZEN. Go figure. With this negative experience on the lame offers. I am now going to have to spend RL money just to buy what I need at of course regular price instead of the half off price.

Finally get a reply on my ticket only to have it forwarded to Gambit and get someone who doesn't speak or write in English. Go figure.

In Gambit's response they are asking for a customer ticket number. Like I know what they are asking for.

Might as well give up on getting the credit for the offers as Gambit is good for refusing to credit for offers.
