    Take the mold to the legendary forges at Archosaur, near General Summers. Look in the forge which materials you need to manufacture the item from the mold. Once you have both the mold and the mats inside your bag you can forge the item there - have fun.

    You buy it from another player or you get it as a drop from certain mobs. (Certain molds can only be obtained from doing Dragon Quest.) You'll also need the appropriate Manufacturing skill and level.
