What does each stat do?

I've looked around but can't seem to find a solid answer anywhere. What does Dexterity do in the game of Perfect World? What does strength do? What does Vitality do? What does Intelligence do?

Meaning, if I put more points into dex am I going to critical hit more often? Is there a formula? Do I gain physical defense with every point of strength? Does vitality do anything other than give me more life? I know Intelligence increases a mana pool and magic attack damage, does it do anything else?

If there is anything else I may have not asked but you know about, feel free to let us know. I can't seem to find any information on this on five different websites concerning playing the game of Perfect World.

Indeed, their exaxt benifits vary based on the class, barbs get more hp per vitality point, Blade Masters get more evation per dexterity, etc.

The only sure-fire formula is that for every 20 dexterity points, +1 critical hit percentage.
This means that 2,000 dexterity points (impossible to get) equals 100% critical hit rate.
