Either follow the forum rules or don't bother posting at all. It's that simple.

LOL iam not only a lawyer but an american and i dont mean to be rude but you are all wrong about freedom of speech it means as stated in the 1st and 14th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, to express information, ideas, and opinions free of government restrictions in the right that you cant get in any kind of trouble unless it reprasent a threat on another humans life at worst is a ristiction order read up on history wht u speak of is the sam as the opression from britian wene america split off another defanition for it is Freedom of speech is the freedom to speak without censorship and\or limitation pepole can make a mess trying to get another in trouble for wht they say but wene it comesdown to it unless u just said your going to kill the president freedom of speech means wht it is and many time pepole forget that

Since you are a lawyer you know that freedom of speach only applies to public settings and government censorship. It does not apply to private settings. In private settings, the owner of the place has the right to control what is said. (when protesting against a private corporation, you do it outside the gates, by the entrance, while you are in public land, not inside their property, or they get arrested for tresspassing.)
That is why the democratic convention does not have to allowed republicans inside to protest while they are holding their meetings, since they are private, and same reason they can protest on the sidewalks, since they are public spaces.
Same reason the senate and house sessions you can protest in them, since they are public. (although you cannot disturb the sessions, or you will be escorted out by some really big guys...)

It depends, but they are either public property or they are public right of way, depending on the city ordinances.
Only exception to those rules are sidewalks in "gated communities", or walkways (not the same as sidewalks).

    Wow.
I am thoroughly NOT a lawyer, nor do I play one on teevee, though I do know that the first amendment to the constitution states that congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech. Last I checked, PWI and or their affiliates are not the United States congress, ergo, no free speech for you. Its their forum, its their call.
    Deal.

However, did you stay at a Holiday Inn last night?

you're lucky where you are at... here where i live it's sole discretion of the local police and/or sheriffs who can use the sidewalks lol

Thread rules were created to keep a welcoming environment for everyone, even those who choose not to use profanity regularly.

Please be considerate of the rules, as they were put in place for a reason.b:thanks
