Yet another redeem zen error ><

So, on Nov 7th, I bought 4 $10 PWE cards. I go home, enter them in,3 work, but 1 states that it has already been redeemed, how? i dunno. So I open a ticket w/ you guys. I hear nothing from you in response to helping me. So I keep doin my thing, I go and buy another $10 card today, get home and enter it in, says the number is invalid, I look at the receipt n it says "Activation Successful". Now is it just ur $10 cards that have the errors or both? AND, how can we go about getting me my 20gold or 2000zen? I do use yahoo, I do have all 4 previous cards w/ numbers n receipt from the 7th, and i also have the new card w/ receipt from today. P-P-PLEASE HELP ME b:beg

    got the $10 card from today to finally work... but I do still need help w/ the prepaid card error from nov 7th ^^
