the -requirement items only affect the stat requirements as far as I know - not the level.

Is it also true that the -% only affects the item the -% is on? Like a pair of greaves that have -10% req only lowers the str and dex req for that item, not the str and dex req for other worn items too, right?

You need as many as it takes to NPC for money, exchange that money for oracles, and then oracle boss your way to lvl 60. Then ta-da you can equip TT60 weapon.

Say for example an item requires 80 str. With -10% req it would require only 72 strength. Unless they decided to make it really complicated somehow and I messed that up....

-Req only affects stat point requirements for the item it's on.

Say you have a level 40 light armor top.

If it has -10% req on it, instead of needing 44 str/dex to be equipped, it would only need 40 str/dex.

You'd still need to be level 40 to equip it and the rest of your gear would still have its normal equipment requirements.

So I didn't get it wrong. Is -10% the highest possible? Or does it go up to -50%? :D

The highest single -req possible is -20%

But since you can get more than one -req bonus on your weapons/arors...
