    Someone mentioned Shinigami as the new name in the guild forums and then everyone started talking about Bleach and Gundam.

    There's an anime called Black God and translated in Japanese it says Kuro Kami.

    There maybe something in relation to God in the anime/manga Soul Eater.

    I think somehow we were doomed to having an anime-linked name, mostly because the names are pretty cool. I just did not want Shinigami because there was almost no way to get out of the wapanese people on server going "ZMOG I WANT TO JOIN, MY NAME IS ICHIGO!!1!"

    At least with this one its less likely to have fan-boys applying just because they saw the name on some show.
