Is anyone else having trouble connecting, it's been fine most of the day but about 3 hours ago it started freezing then disconnectingb:sad. I'm also having a lot of trouble getting on the website so apologies if this is now a duplicate or I don't respond as it will be because I can't refresh safely , every page is hit or miss. The site doesn't come up in the launcher if that's a clue...

I'm in the uk which may have something to do with it or it could just be my connection but everything else online is working.

i had this issue along time ago where the homepage wasnt showing up in the patcher. this is a problem with your router not getting a good signal. unplug your router, shut your computer down, wait 5-10 minutes then reboot your router and computer. it worked fine for me afterwards and anytime i have this problem i do the same thing which fixes it. hope this helps

is there any way to do this WITHOUT unplugging the router? Cause i live in a duplexe and dont have access to the router...

Having same Issue, started about 6.00PM GMT.
happened once prior to that earlier this afternoon. Re logging fixed it.
PC is freshly reformatted an AVG up to date. Last scan was done last night at 4.00 am GMT.
My Isp is TalkTalk if that helps any. I tried unplugging my router rebooting ect. No joy. Internet functions as normal Skype works fine with 0 packet loss reported.
I can function on the Internet just fine but i touch PW home page or try log in to either Heavens Tear or Lost City i get serious lagg. An eventually timed out.
We having some bad weather in UK? My cat pulled the plug on my PW or has Spoons finally seen sense sent me on holiday. b:chuckle Kidding.

Hope you can find a problem an fix it. i just had 3 weeks down time an i got a guild too run.

Ok i just managed too get back too Arch by bus, things seem too be ticking over smooth again. Maybe please dont quote me but maybe its fixed its self. Possibly Internet weirdness from the gods themselves.
Wanna fear them internet gods they feed us big heaps of PW.

I had exactly the same problem. I was in bh 69 with my main...i wined the run...everything started to lag awful at polearm...i was only cleric then i just dc from server and was impossibile to enter on Heaven's Tear or any of the old servers. Dreamwaver and Harslands worked perfectly. Bye bye time i spended on wine, money from eventual drops, bye an angel for each ppl in party, it's really not fair, farmed a few hours for those mats. b:sad
Now i managed to log in with no problems. Was there something with Europe or what was the problem that lasted for more than 3-4 hours. b:cry
edit: Forgot to mention my internet works just fine, that is certainly not the problem.
