What if you Got hit on the head, you no longer Know who you are or what your email is, or who you are, all you know is who you are, but you don't know that you know.. and your email that everyone else thinks exists, does not even exist, and you have a different Email , but you are still the same you that signed up for this perfect world account , back when it was a different reality , and that Email, that Doesn't exist Did in fact exist, but it Doesn't exist anymore.. anyways you have a Different Email then the one that you use to start this game, but YOU are still you, or at least you think you are you.. **pinches self** but now you got passwords on things you don't remember making passwords on and you cant get access into them like everyone else who has remembered their passwords.. now your email has been changed, not to protect you, but to harm you?? look at all this harm it has done you you , OUCH OMG! I cannot buy and sell gold or ZEN for this worth much less psuedo gold because I dont have access to this what is apparently an account within an account with a password , all of which I never made.. and now I am locked out, darn! not such a big deal?? you really think so?? well now I have to buy gold or zen with real money, while you get to play the game, and keep your money, and turn play money into real money, whil I gotta go out and work in the much harsher real world and make real money to buy play money , and only one way?? do you think that is fair and balanced?? I started this account in august 2 2009 , and I have been locked out of the fake gold / faker gold and zen trade for ever since almost and I am tired of it.. I deserve all the same access as everyone else.. just because I went through a wormhole and my email address has been changed to harm the me.. and a password was put on the .. nameless thing to also harm the .. drum roll please Me.. why does the universe want to harm me so?? I did nothing SPECIFIC to deserve this, do not play to much into this , all it is is a cooperation refusing to look into their own mess and re - refusing to clean up, err uhm correct their mistake... also that nice little "security feature" where they have a preset question that Only you could know the answer two you know question, and answer , security question, Bah! it does not make anything more secure, in fact it is bogus.. you all want a little comfy blankie so you can feel safe and secure?? then start out with a secure password and then after that just leave it at that , don't weaken it with some questionable security question and answer of questionable security,
I know you say how are you going to verify that this is that and this person is the right person and blah blah blah... well certainly not by some "security verification Question" !! I mean, what if the say even forgot the question, people lose memory at all ages and for all varying reasons . we cannot just automatically be jumping to conclusions, we need to utilise something more
all encompassing.. and through tight social networks of people who know the people , through the people one knows, they can be identified, by their actions, their personality, their affect and effect, on all 126 dimensions of their personality.. that is hard to fake really.. but memorizing simple phrases and answers to simple phrases?? heck we got computers that can blaze through all that in 15 seconds well to heck with that uber secure password, No it tis WORTHLESS!! and now I am pointing that out to you, people and staff of perfect world, so what are you going to do about it??
because this is where the bad guy wins, and the legitimate user gets all or partially locked out of things like this game, or like the gold trade and auction.. the bad guy wins, he gloats at the misery of the poor legitimate user that cannot buy or sell gold, because they did not subscribe to the mark system of the beast.... And I will keep reopening this issue until it gets resolved, I may even have to bring in outside authorities...... if that is what it takes then so be it, but I will not be treated unfairly, for whatever reason or should I say complete lack of reason.. I will not be the scapegoat here or anywhere... so you are going to hear about it , until you go or I go.. or we both go, or this issue gets resolved. There's how you resolve your issue. What else can we say? GM's, and dev's in charge of this type of problem don't usually go on the forums, hence why we have a ticketing service.

Forum mods, forum users and community GM's won't be able to offer much help I'm afraid.
