When is Rising Tide Coming Out?

I am a complete noob since I have not been able to play this game for over a year...I played the foreign version...but I must ask when is Rising Tide coming out...I plan to return for it :)

Thanks, and sorry if it is posted elsewhere...as far as I know it is coming out sometime in Nov/Dec of this year

    There has been no announced date and there is an Official thread and site about the expansion.

    Apparently it's coming out November 25th in china or something. Mind you, the GMs have already stated that it won't come out then for the International version.

    Yes I have checked the official sources and they haven't made any promises :(

    Now is the final version coming on on Nov 25? I would wager we would get it about a month later...
