    Think you need to put in a bit of context here. Not everyone has time to serch through everything to find where that post was posted, even using the search function. I'll vote once I know that little bit of info.

    I just voted the "don't know how" option, because that's probably the case for that guy. I think that's why a lot of people may not include polls in threads that could benefit from one. (personally, while I've never added one, I'm pretty sure I know the basic process, just so you know)
