I cannot scroll to bottom of EULA to the accept button

I downloaded pwi to my laptop and am trying to install.

During the process I am offered the EULA twice. The sec ond time its in a popup type screen and its in larger font. I can scroll to the bottom of section 12 but not down to the accept decline buttons. I've tried everything I can think of. I had this same problem on two other comps but I can't recall how I resolved it. I can't be the only person who has had this problem . Help please.

    You might have lost focus on the window, try ALT+TABing back to the EULA Window until you can scroll the bar down.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    i have the eula in front of me and i can scroll down all of the very long text but at the bottom where the accept button is located there is no scroll bar and I can't move the whole window up because its filled top to bottom.

    Using page down sideways or end doesn't work either. I think that if I'm using the scroll bar I still have focus. So I don't think that was helpful. Not sure you understand problem or maybe I don't understand your reply. TY anyway. Anyone else have this problem and resolve it.

    i tried what you said it didn't work and didn't do anything to address my problem. the eula covers my whole screen and the bottom accept part is below the bottom of screen and there is no scroll to that part.

    Try playing on a higher resolution, and try playing in windowed mode.
