How to use pet skill in macro or hotkey to number

Is there any way?

I use the keyboard a lot....is there no way to move a pet skill to a number? It makes no sense, if not. All I want is to be able to press 1-9 or an F button to use a pet skill, but I fear it's not possible.

If not, has anyone given a reason why?

    You can use ALT + number

    In this order:

    ALT+1 - make pet use regular attack
    ALT+2 - Pet uses the first skill listed in the pet skill bar
    ALT+3 - Pet uses the second skill
    ALT+4 - pet uses the third skill
    ALT+5 - pet uses the 4th skill

    Is you want to make a skill default (only works for attack skills or debuffs), you can right click on it, so it gets highlighted. The pet will use that skill everytime the it is available, until you stow it, pull it out again. Only the first skill listed gets automaticaly selected when you summon a pet.
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.
