Dragon Quest for White Dragon Pet Egg

I am still fairly new and have this Dragon quest; to complete the quest I need 30 Silver Dragon Orders and 50 Copper Dragon Orders. Now, I have no idea what these are and no clues where they are. I did see a few for sale 2/250,000 and we know I cant afford that. :D

I'm clueless, can someone help me understand?

    Okay,

    In looking at the links provided, there is no indication of what monsters drop the complete sacks. Is there another link with this type of information?
    Ive not ben able to find any unless I pay 10,000. b:cry
