Faction LV, Ranks, and powers...

Ok i was so happy that i just barly upgraded my faction, but when i went to assign my second director and other 4 marshals..... i couldn't.
Is this done on purpose?
Because if it is, it is very anoying, why not allow for a 2nd director and other marshals on upgrade?
So i purpose this....... Since 100-200 people can be a real burden for 6 people to be over. (Leader, Director, and the 4 Marshals)
On upgrade from LV1 faction to LV2 Faction, you allow a head director and 2 sub directors, each with 4 marshals giving you 12 marshal, for a toltal of....16 top members, as well as doubling the Exe ranks to.
On upgrade from LV2 to LV3, you can have one more supdirector and 4 more marshals, and more exes.
What does a Executioner do anyways, all i know is that they are the Offical members of the faction, to my eyes, the people below them are members waiting to be ranked and officaly accsepted.
But if i am wrong on this then correct me..... but if i am right then there should be a correction to this.
This should also show the last time they logged on and the warnings they have gotten.
(first 4 are the normal member ranks the second 5 are officer ranks)
Commissioner: Lowest level on a trial basis.
Initiate(sp): Accepted into faction, but still being proven.
Loyal member: proved member that is loyal, can't be kicked by Executioner.
Veteran: Longtime member, can invite people in.
Executioner: Able to invite People in and kick them if they are not a Loyal Member.
Marshal(max 12 min 4) : Can invite and promote/Demote people up to Executioner, if a loyal member is being a pain they can kick them, but Veterans are immune to being kicked by a Marshal.
Sub-Director(max 3 min 1): do everything a Executioner and Marshal do.....and can Demote a marshal if necessary and approved by the Director after approval by the leader.
Director(max 1): Can do anything and everything a leader can except demote sub-directors, for which they need approval of.
Leader: the Head person..... the highest person in the faction....the "Big Cheese"
Now all of us know that is it lame to join a faction without any perks....unless it is just for TW's (territory wars)
So i was thinking, more overly got the idea from Jade Dynasty.....
Why can't factions have Perks? i have no clue what kind they would be or the cost of them.

id like to see a few more officers, but not that many more. Too many, and it becomes meaningless.
And to answer ur question, Executors can invite people to the faction and commisioners cannot.0 -
I'd like to see the Faction size be increased0

I don't think the amount of officers you can have increases, I believe the numbers are 1 leader, 1 director, 4 marshals and 12 executors o.o[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] With a .25x multiplier = 423520 regular
