for the quest pirate's treasure do we do it when we are doing our fb79?

    Yes, during your fb79 would be a great time for your pirate's treasure quest.

    Or, you can do your pirate's treasure quest during your 202020.

    Or, you can ask a friend to invite you after they have done a BH run or a farming run in there.

    Or, you can run this quest later, when you are helping someone else on their FB79 or when you are running your own bounty hunter quest.

    If you do not want one of these two items (which you get from completing the quest) and if you do not mind it using one of your 20 possible active quests, I would favor the "do it whenever" approach.
