One more time, about Debuffs :P

I know it's like the 100ish topic about seals, but i haven't clear yet some things about them.

They say: Reduces your *** defence by 30% of equipment value to decrease opponent's *** defence by 30% of equipment value. Lasts 20 seconds.



Well, this makes me think that my equipment loses 30% of its *** def for those 20 seconds, while my opponent's equipment loses also 30% of ITS *** def.

Is it like that? Or the opponent loses "equipment's *** def quantity" that is exactly MY 30% equipment *** def value?


PS... *** is obviously both Phys and Mag...
