Has anyone expranice super lag cause of the new patch

every since the rising tide patch i have had a friend who has expranice major lag that they did not have can some one help on a way to fix it ?????

    1 wrong forum section
    2 your connection
    3 your area in PW
    4 your current programs running
    5 All else fails turn down your settings get Game Booster and defrag your hard drive. Fixes it mostly right up.
    6 make sure you do all these

    Yes I have.

    And no there isn't a fix other then upgrading to a new computer.

    Defragging and resetting computer/router/modem does help.

    Not sure if its because of the update or not, but I have not been able to log into the same server two days in a row for a couple weeks. I normaly am on Sanctuary, but for the last few week's its what ever server will come back with out a 3000ms ping. Most times its either harshlands or lost city. But it is getting annoying only being able to play my main once a week if i am lucky.

    Yes I have been doing all the things you listed earlier trying to fix it.
