Celestial Plumpfish vs. Asgard Plumpfish

These are the stats...

Celestial Plumpfish at lvl 81
Attack: 2007
Attack RAte (Atks/Sec): 0.60/sec
Accuracy: 1250
Phys. Res.: 7262
Mag. Res.: 5809
Evasion: 1250
HP: 2624

Asgard Plumpfish lvl 85
Attack: 1811
Attack RAte (Atks/Sec): 0.60/sec
Accuracy: 1308
Phys. Res.: 7612
Mag. Res.: 6089
Evasion: 784
HP: 2747

My question is... What pet should I keep and lvl up, wich pet will get better stats in the future^^
what do u thinkb:avoid

    celestial already got some better stats as lower lvl,so i would keep up with it.. most of venos use celestial plumpfish for water pet anyway

    Use the celestial if you're going to level it. If you're not going to level it upgrade to the Asgard. An 85 asgard is better than a 81-84 celestial.

    Save up 70+ water quests, get Celestial, finish water quests up right away, then at level 84 you get all water quests and after that none making Asgard not worth considering. (Celestial should be fairly leveled just by this, and is ideal level to start fishing in Sea of Isolation as well).

    My plumpfish is now 92 and having difficulty finding mobs ideal to level it on. I tried some Plumpfish Mermaids: http://www.pwdatabase.com/mob/9161 but they are level 105 so they take a while to kill. Using Herc buffs+ Reflect: I can AoE grind them, but still. (Yes they are phys only and not tamable).

    At this point, I wouldn't invest much into a water pet. With the new expansion coming up, we may see more to choose from, and may have more to do with water pets.

    The celestial's higher attack is probably because its loyalty is over 500. More than likely the two share the same growth chart, and the celestial's stats will only be marginally better than the asgard's.

    I upgraded to the Asgard but I'm not investing a single coin into it until after the expansion comes out. It's entirely possible that a better water pet will become available.
