    NO. Seriously, why do people even ask. Why would they even make a new server, let alone restart one? DW and HL are practically empty, the servers aren't exactly under strain atm.

    Also, why are people making threads in the events section? :S

    i wonder what you mean by that? you obviously haven't been to our west arch. i doubt it's much "emptier" than yours.

    You obviously haven't been to our west arch.
    EDIT: I should add, HT, and LC have been here almost twice as long as HL and DW, Sanc being almost just as old

    Wrong section and the answer is never anyway. Servers will never be restarted.
