Sage blazing bugged?

Ok, so I took 50 mysterious pages, made the book, and got blazing. Having nothing better to do with my coin/spirit I trained it (it was a choice between that or stunning blow, which I only have trained at level 1). Well, the description for sage on ecatomb says sage version increases fire damage by 15%, as does the ingame description. When I use the skill though it only gives the stated 6427 fire damage after accounting for mob resists (so in reality, quite a bit less than 6427). Nothing special about it. The 6427 seems to be normal blazing damage though as the demon version also does 6427, but then has it's bonus of doing the damage quicker.

Any demon venos able to confirm if theirs says 6427 as well? It's possible ecatomb lists the skill wrong. Sadly, I'm going to have to revise my sage/demon comparison between this and venomous scarab.

you may wanna check the MY EN wording of this, because PWI fails at wording skills.

EDIT: the PW phillipines wording says: 'each tick of fire damage increased 15%'
    there you go

    Level 10:

Throw a flaming parasite at the enemy, inflicting Wood damage
equal to base magic damage and dealing 3927.0 Fire damage
    over 30 seconds.

    Sage:

Throw a flaming parasite at the enemy, inflicting Wood damage
equal to base magic damage and dealing 6427.0 Fire
    damage over 30 seconds.

Sage version has increases Fire damage by 15%.

Looks like you're getting a bit more than 15% additional fire damage to me.

Ok, tested again with transient, it took a long time to get a mind break to be certain, but with that on I got 738 per tick, which would work out to a 14.8% increase, close enough to 15%. When I tested on the other mob, since it was higher than me a level modifier must have been being worked in.

Guess it's not bugged. Really, they should just change the text to read 7380 (or 7391 which would actually be right) over 30 sec.

Naa, 6427 is the normal damage amount, demon has 6427 listed as well. Sage is actually doing 7391 like it should. What screwed me up is I was testing on those level 96 spiders at first, and they were taking 393 per tick with a 39% fire resist, it worked out to 6442 total damage (close enough that there could be rounding errors). But, being level 96 I ended up not accounting for the reduction due to level differences and that's what screwed me up and made it look like it wasn't getting the +15%.

    Like waffle said

the 15% bonus only concerns the Fire DoT

Other note = The fire damages can be stacked.

(I prefer Beffudling and leech over wallop)
I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.
