    Firstly, upload your image on image hosting website such as:
    www.tinypic.com
    www.imageshack.us
    www.photobucket.com

    Any of those work.

    Then, after you upload your image, the website (locations of this will vary) will provide you several links- pick the direct link one (URL should end in like, .jpg, .png, etc).

    After you copy the link, come back here and simply paste it in between the BB code [img][/img]directimagelinkhere.

    edit: Some forums on here don't allow images to be posted so you might have to just post links, depending where you're posting. ):

    You'll know which forum sections can hold screenshots by looking at the toolbar at the top. If it has a yellow button with what looks like a mountain no it, you can put images directly in it. Otherwise, the link will have to do.


    And I think this would be better off in the screenshots/video section, since this is not a suggestion.
