Confused about PvP

As you can see I play in Harshlands server and I realized that it is a pvp server. I know after level 30 you are able to PK other players and such but I have some questions. If somebody PKs you do you drop items? Can the other person loot you? Do you lose xp? Please tell me what happens if you die.

Also in PvE servers is there even PvP besides TW? Is it like an option you can turn on or off? Please help me, and im sorry if some thread like this has already been posted but I looked and couldn't find anything.

    1) For Drop Rates Read Here

    2) If you drop another can pick up your items.

    3) You do not lose EXP, you just die.

    4) PvE --> they chose to go into PK mode. Otherwise they are all blue named.They can "turn-it-on" and once on they have to wait 10hrs before they go blue-named again.
