do mobs have mana??

Im think of getting the genie skill Qi Manipulation that drains enemy mana. the thing is, im not sure if mobs have mana at all! if i fight an elemental mob and use this genie skill, then i can drain all their mana rendering them defenseless IF they do have a mana bar. do they actually have unlimited mana? cause ive never seen a mob run out of mana.

if mobs dont hav mana, i can still use this skill in pvp. itll turn mages and barbs into useless babies!! ahaha~!b:laugh

according to pwdatabase, mobs do not have mana. In PvP, even at the highest level of Qi Manipulation, it still isnt a lot of mana. Wizards wont even probably notice it, and barbs, they have charms for that.

what if i put all my genie attribute points in strength? its says that each point of strength reduces 10 more mana and if i hav 50 strength (which i probably will have considering it helps my second wind too), then at my genie's lv i can drain over 1k of mana. With this skill maxed out later on, i can probably drain up to 3k of mana or even mroe depending on my attribute point. is this skill worth it?

For PvE, no. Monsters don't have MP (nor pets for that matter).

For PvP, not really. Those with low enough MP for it to affect them have charms and event pots for a reason. Arcane users won't even notice it because of their high mana pool plus them having regular charm ticks just from normal skills.

Asmathi would you please take those LIES off of your sig? In no such instance did I ever EVER said on forum "All clerics should be able to 1 shot barbs". What I put on my sig is what pple REALLY said word for word. Its not my fault you said something stupid worth quoting, but i for one do not put in something someone did not say.
