The minimum Grade 7 bow u can get is the General Summer's bow which can be used at lvl50 and needs 152 dex.

or if you go for one of the normal bows, go for Silverwing lvl52 bow requiring 158 dex.

However these are the lowest Grade 7 bows u can acquire.
