Apothecary level 8

When I press R my apothecary is 100/100, but when I go to the elder, it's 100/120, how do I get apothecary level 8?

    Isn't level 8 another one where you need a quest?

    I talked to the plume elder, he had an apothecary quest, I finished it, didn't do anything, still stuck with apoth 7 b:cry

    You need the Book which only drops in FB99.

    Good luck I have been trying to get that book for a while now.

    Its just really rare. I also happen to be extremely awesome and have gotten two of them. I have level 8 and then I sold the other to a guildmate. I think about 4 or so people have level 8 apoc in CQ.

    I saw someone trying to buy it for about 28-30m and I think someone was selling for 40-50m. Very vague. I only glanced at it in the AH and the buyer was in WC.

    I just traded it for the level 96 mold cape because that's all I was trying to get in 99fb(worth about 8-10m at the time). Like the person above me said though, it is worth easily 20m.

    The drop is basically the same rarity as a secret letter and only drops in 99fb. So you can imagine they aren't easy to come by.

    Its not quite that rare as it is in the default drop table not the additional drop table. It's about one in 1250 chance from mobs.
