Mysterious Objects

OK total noobish question but the search engine is failing me.

When I logged on after the maintenance I noticed an object in my inventory that wasn't there before (or so I think). It's a Mysterious Object Falcon Feather.

Can anyone tell me what that is, what to do with it & where did it come from?

Sorry if this question is out of place here but I really don't know where it goes. Move the thread anywhere u'd like it.

    World Quest item randomly obtained from stops a throw back to the housing system in the pay to play version of the game you can either npc it or give it to a player who collects them either way you will probably get about the same amount of coins perhaps more from a player.
