hey, idk if this idea has been posted before or not, but in other games i have played, there is an academy system for the guilds. Which, for anyone that hasnt seen these, is a separate faction, that a large faction can make to get lower lvl players in. Its similar to an alliance. they can have their own chat, and members of the large faction can hear and communicate in the academy chat, but the members of the academy cannot see the faction chat of the other faction. I think this would be a cool idea, because i used to lead a large faction, and i chose to set up another faction for all the members that wanted to join, but were not high enough lvl to get in yet. I just think this would be a nice feature to have.

It could be like any lvl 3 faction can have an academy. The devs could make it so that the faction has to use gold to create it instead of coins so they can make money to pay for the extra time spent programming and implementing it.

I guess it's a good idea, but not as a CS item. Perhaps for in-game coins though. We really need a coin sink. It could be more helpful for recruiting. Join blahblahblah academy until blahblahblah level and be recruited into blahblahblah faction. Maybe even put in rewards for every 5 or 10 levels that the faction can set up to give to players as they go through the academy.
One man's pain is another man's lol.

yes i agree that it would be better using coins. I just said that it was an option to make it a CS thing so the devs could see that they could make a profit. Im no CS major but i know the time and effort it takes to program for games is not cheap.
