Lost City is a PVP server!!!

People are getting banned over a rule that i have not been able to find anywhere on the official site. As i understood the rule comes down to that you cannot interfere people to play the game, to stop them from doing quests... So you can 't pk anywhere at all because the whole map is also a questing area?

Lost City is a pvp server! We chose to pk and get pked! If you don't want people to pk somewhere .. lets say secret passage or vol 29, make them safezone! But preventing people to pk on a pvp server is also interfering with people enjoying the game.

Some other things: if this has been a rule all along, why are people getting banned over it now and not months ago?
Are we supposed to report a ticket every time we get pked now while doing a quest? My friend just got pked flying to Archosaur to report his BH... so preventing him to finish his quest normally... should i post a ticket now?

If you insist on banning people over this could you specify the rules on when, where, how long etc we are allowed to pk somehere clear on this site? So everyone playing this game can read? I like pking, so i hope to get an answer if i 'm still allowed to do so, and if yes, where?
