Do charms go away if you die?

I tried searching, can't find the answer. The ones that give you so much HP after your HP gets lower than 50....so these stay, or delete, after you die?

I also forgot to ask - what all drops from you if you die, anything you own, if you don't have a scroll? Such as basically anything/everything in your inventory?

    They last until they run out of recovery. Deaths just mean you'll lose a fair-sized chunk out of them when you resurrect or go to town, since they'll tick immediately.
