Since when did they change Qi Manipulation?? There is nothing in the patch notes, last one was from 15th of september
"Qi Manipulation - Genie Strength points now increase the amount of Chi drained by 10 per point. The effect will now always last for 15 seconds."
Today I noticed it says drains mana and not Chi...
