Wizard or BladeMaster?

Hey everyone I recently Wentto the server Harshlands..Ad I Am stuck between wht class to make..Wizard or Blade Master..

-If I went BladeMaster I would be Axe/Hammer Build

-If I went Wizard I would go Arcane Build..

-Do Mages Have Any AoE's?

-Are BladeMasters Slow?

Yea..So I have about 1m to fund one so yea..Leaveyour Opinions On which class would be betterand funner AND WHY!

    I half-responded to your question in your other thread, why create a new one?
    And no, BMs are the faster killer of the melee type (compared to Barbs). And no, they have normal intellect/thought processing speed (I think).

    lets see we got hail storm, black ice dragon strike, dragons breath, blade tempest,will of the phoienix, moutan sieze and thats about it.

    I wouldn't count Will of Phoenix as AoE since it goes straight line . (unless you have Celestial version) b:surrender

    aoes are anything that hits multipule targets so will of phoienix would be considerd aoe b:pleased

    Both are good classes but it realy dpends on what you want to do. (i have both)

    Blademasters are good melee fighters with a good assortment of aoe attacks. They are great at grabbing large amounts of mobs and killing them fast. I would recomend at least 2 weapon choices though dont limit yourself to so few skills. Blademasters main downside is high repair cost and pot usage. And no Blademasters are not slow by any means.

    Wizards are high damage long range attackers with the most aoes of any class. They are able to kill mobs quickly with rarely getting hit. The down side of Wizards is that they cant take many hits at low and mid lvls without dieing.

    Trufax, for the most part.

    AoE = Area of Effect. As long as there's a set area, and it's effected, it's an AoE. Doesn't matter what shape it is. Whether it's a circle around the caster, or a long rectangle in front of them.

    No idea is PW has any "chain" spells or multi-target spells not defined by a set shape or "area", but generally those aren't regarded as AoEs.
