Update --Game Version 199?

Alright, so I've been having this problem since yesterday. The update seems to be working fine up until this point : "1012.(four chinese characters).script"

And then it stops. It keeps asking me File download error. Retry?

I've tried:
1)Restarting the computer (I gave up trying to update yesterday and turned the laptop off, and I tried again today... It still stops at the exact same place.)
2)I've also clicked on Try again
3)And a different time, I clicked on Stop update, then I exited, and reopened PWI, and clicked continue update.
4)Then I did everything I did #3 except I clicked restart update.

Nothing seems to work... Is there any way I can finish my update?

    Try using the manual patch.
