Stacking!

Hi!
I have a few questions about stacking.

I was wondering whether or not slow stacks.
For example, if I hit with Oceans Edge and then Fissure, how much will my opponent be slowed by?

Do speed buffs stack?
Example - Using Will and Cloud Sprint at the same time.

Stuns obviously don't stack/overlap.

But do attack speed increases stack?
Example - Cleric's Heaven's Wrath skill with my Cyclone Heel?

I'm sure that bleeding stacks. You can test this on a wraith easily by hitting them twice with Draw Blood.

    For most things, buffs and debuffs that have the same icon won't stack. Slow doesnt stack, nor do could sprint/will/moon chaser powder. The one that was applied second will just override the first.

    The speed boosts from wrath and cyclone heel will stack tho.

    You sure? I don't think it did when I tried it. RB almost over rides and never stacks with every/anything.
