    ^Is a Mongolian midget farmer who makes a living off of raising, breeding, and distributing midgets to all of the major circuses and carnivals around the globe. However, due to the horribly small gene-pool of his midget farm, the sold midgets soon expire after being sold, forcing the customers to return for more on a regular basis (which was all part of his master plan to begin with).
