Leggings for 70+

I saw the other topics, but I'd like your opinions on the following leggings.
I can't really decide between the Dark Shinguards, Shinguards of the Assassin (rank 3) or a 3-star Serrated Wing Cuisses. The Serrated has 2 sockets and +1% reduced phys damage and +4 dex.
The hp from the Dark Shinguards is nice, but the +dex from the other two seems more tempting.
Thoughts?

    The Rank III shinguards are kinda ****, trying to be two things but fail at both. Personally, I've been using Dark Shinguards of Hedes so far and plan to use them for a while.

    Hedes. The 5 str(assuming you get 5 str and not 4) can be left there for 5 levels of 5 dex which works out to be...5 dex?

    Also Hedes has 105hp and is a higher grade and on top of that, it is very cheap.

    And I never thought about leaving str, because of equipment boosts. I always mindlessly added 1 str every lvl. Hedes it is then.b:thanks
