Expand the max letters in faction names

it would be a little better for atleast 1 or 2 more letters possible to put iv been wanting to make a faction with some friends but the faction names we wanted had like 10 letters i mean i dont want to make a faction anymore we already got diferent ways lol but would be good for the future so think about it yay i posted a suggestion!!b:laugh
