Way to move mount?

I read somewhere on the Perfect World International website that you could have a GM move your PWI Anniversary mount to another character, How would I go about doing this?b:victory

    The deadline to have the mount moved has I am sorry to say already passed. It was on the 15th of this month so you are a bit late now.
