ummm game problem

my comp is freezing up as i run the instaler. should i just re download the instaler?
Ill get real about training once i have a fraction/ new classes pop up

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    Okay so I downloaded the game from your site and have installed it and evrything was okay untill i got to the part of actually playing. I clicked on the icon and luanch then I verified the files which was ok. Then I went to update and now it just keeps popping up with retry or cancel. I have retried many times. I cant find the information to put in my router system settings for firewall in the virtual servers list. I had Wow before and add them to the same list so i am sure thats the problem but i need a description and both inbound and private ports. How many do I use wow has 3 and I havent got a character yet. So i dont really know what to do. I have game version 166 and i am manually downloading patches.

    that doesnt help me at all i have been there several time I cant pu tin a ip adress on that page. Like i said I need Description-INbound-then its tcp-my ip address and finally the private port. I need those in that order.

    You will have to review the documentation or manufacturer's support website for the networking gear that you have.
