Patching help

I recently did a system restore to my PC and it restored to before i Updated to the 199 patch, but when i open it, it says i have patch 199 and all updates, but when i go to log in it says,

"Your Current Client version is to low, Please exit and update"

I've tried downloading manual patches but when i run them says all up to date.

is there any file inside the folder i can take out to trigger the patch update?

    Please click the Verify button on the launcher. It will take a little while to run, but should allow you to log in once it's complete.
