Snapshot problem

When i take a snapshot and i then look at it all the bars are still on the screen like the squad, the chat text and my hp etc. I have taken pictures with both "Hide UI in snapshots" on and off and it doesnt change anything, out of about 8 pictures or so 2 of them have worked.

Anyone know why this could be happening?

    Are you using the F9 option or are you hitting Print Screen?

    I use F9.

    I think i have figured out what im doing wrong. Once i have opend it up with F9 do i then press Prnt Scrn or is there something else i should be pressing?

    You click the button on the screen that says "Screenshot (Printscreen)".

    you can also use alt + h to hide the UI
