Lvl 72 quest Last Leopard bugged?

Hi, i was just wondering if this quest was bugged, i cant seem to do it, do i need to do something special to get it?
Edit: That quest disappeared from my quest log after getting another quest, and i never got it. Anyone kno y?

    Quest guide for lv70-79
    Find the Family (2 Choice Quest: Choice A)
    IF you accept this quest, you will not be able to take the quest "Last Leopard"

    1. Speak to Chang Te (643, 565) Sanctuary
    -Kill 1 Spotted Felis (Located east of Sanctuary; Spawns at [661, 555] and walks around) Note: It moves quite quickly so it is probably better to just pick a safe spot where there are no mobs and wait for it rather than try to chase after it. If you do choose to chase it, be wary of running into other mobs.
    Solo-able [Lvl 73] BOSS Metal-element Magic Attack
    2. Report to Chang Te (643) Sanctuary
    -Celestone of Heaven/Human/Earth or Celestone Fragment: 1 (Random)
    -Reward (Exp: 9000 SP: 1800 Rep: 8)

    3. Continue on to Level 73 Quest "Speak Again"

    Last Leopard (2 Choice Quest: Choice B)
    IF you accept this quest, you will not be able to take the quest "Find the Family"

    1. Speak to Guard chieh (652, 564) Sanctuary
    -Collect 5 Orchid Petali's Wings (Quest drop from Orchid Petalis, located by Sanctuary and the Village of the Lost at around [666, 491];[615, 473];[548, 304])
    -Collect 5 Vulture's Skin (Quest drop from Carrion Vultures, located at the Fragrant Hills in the air at around [653, 584])
    2. Report to Tailor Lien (642, 566) Sanctuary
    -Xanadu Bracers
    -Celestone of Heaven/Human/Earth or Celestone Fragment: 1 (Random)
    -Reward (Coin: 24000 Exp: 40500 SP: 9000 Rep: 8)
