Forgot my bank password.....

I'ts been a while, i have came back from long break and didnt realize i had a bank password... and a password for my items to where i cant equip things... how do i fix this? i have submited a ticked but no one has emailed me or helped.i would appreciate ur responses so i can start playing thank you.
